GTA Online has the MOC - Mobile Operation Center. It is a semi-truck with an attached trailer, but you can leave the trailer and drive around with the just the Cab.

Well, the thing is RESISTANT to explosives. How much, you may ask? Here it is: The regular tanks in the game, the Rhino and the Khanjali, can be hit with, give or take, 6-8 homing missiles before exploding. So, if you survived six or eight shots, it will be smoking and ready to explode.

This cab takes, or could take at one point, SIXTY shots. An Opressor mk2, a flying bike, can carry twenty missiles of these, so no, this truck won't go down with a single Mk 2 firing at you.

In fact, only TWO objects in the game can explode this truck in a reasonable time frame: the anti-aircraft trailer, which by the way is stored right next to it in your bunker if you also buy it, only when equipped with the 88mm FLAK gun. Yes, that's a WWII gun in name. You still need to land 2 shots; the other one is the Orbital Cannon. Yes, GTA has a Kill Sat at your disposal, and it can kill ANYTHING 10 times over, on the same damage level comparison.

Why isn't is used more often, and dominates the meta? Because a sniper rifle can easily hit the driver through the windshield.

The other trucks in the game can also take a lot of abuse before exploding, also much more than the tanks.

But back on point, with that truck you can no-sell anybody carrying any handheld explosives, any helicopter missile, any tank shots, any aircraft weaponry, except for those two devices previously mentioned.
