Anyway, the article is certainly missing at least one really obvious entry: the past King of Ankh-Morpork, Lorenzo the kind. Described variously as 'certainly very fond of children' and as having, in the dungeons, 'machines for...'

By Discworld standards, or indeed *any* standards, a sadistic tyrannical paedophile is about as monstrous as you can possibly get.
