Could someone add some context for the page image? There's no example listed for Steven Universe and I haven't seen the show.

I came here to mention that too. The outfit doesn't look particularly disheveled or out-of-order on its own, though it might in context. The context is missing. I also haven't seen the show, so I'm no help here either.
The page image now isn't from that show, but I fear it suffers from the same problem — it's difficult to see what's wrong with it. (Or maybe it's just me lacking a fashion sense.)
