Is there a point to listing averted tropes on an index? In this case I'd think if it doesn't apply it just wouldn't apply. An index is not technically a trope so it can't really be "averted" right?

They still have to do with promotions, though. Passed-Over Promotion, for example, frequently involves somebody else getting promoted.
