The tomboy examples are all of critters who have innate gender, but has anybody ever done a tomboy (non-humanoid) robot?

If it's a non-humanoid robot, its "gender" would be determined by its voice, probably. And if want you to do that, go for it!
Should Bluey be added as a frequent example of this trope? Tons of people think Bluey characters are boys when most of them are girls.
