I take it that if a character fits in one of the sub-tropes, you don't put him on this page? So in Person Of Interest, John Reese fits under the Badass in a Nice Suit trope, but Harold Finch would go on this main page?

Only the curious have, if they live, a tale worth telling at all.

a dandy tends to be an over dressed man. Sharp dressed means clean straight (using the geometrical sense of the word) clothing lines, a dandy while fashion obsessed is more frills, flares, and flounces. Both pages could use some clean up though, I'll put it on my to-do list.

Its an Over And Under The Top relationship to clothing.
