No, it's in the right place. Literature.Scavenger World would be the place for a book titled "Scavenger World", not for the example list.

In shorter terms, even if they knew how to make the technology, they don't have the tools, to make the tools, to make the tools to make it.
I think the "Literature" section is in the wrong place... shouldn't it be Literature / Scavenger World? Can I fix it, or does this require an admin?
