Per TRS, it was decided to define Ritual Magic as "magic performed via ritual" and send a trope for the "magic that is not innate and can be learned by anybody" definition to TLP or the Trope Idea Salvage Yard to gather new examples and have its name decided upon.

Edit: The new trope is located at All-Accessible Magic.
