I don't think The Gamers qualifies. The characters kill their creators but the characters don't know their victims are their creators when they do it.

I'm all for jokes and Self Demonstrating Articles, but I literally have no clue what this trope is from the description, which doesn't help to "demonstrate" it at all. This should be rewritten.

Can I Rage Against the Author of the trope description, and rewrite it into something that doesn't require having to read a stupid roleplay? At some point, self-demonstrating becomes just cancerous.

Fine by me. I've never been much of a fan of it, but I wrote the description it replaced and I didn't want to edit-war...

I kind of like it that way, really. It adds some flavour. Plus, it's not written terribly.
