What about Lunaescence Archives? It's a moderated archive dedicated to quality Anime, Manga, Movies, TV Shows, Comics, Books, and Gaming Fan Fiction. It also allows original works and poetry.

I know there are a lot of big non-English fanfic sites (especially some chinese ones?). Should we add some of those?

I think we should add Mibba.com. I can't find it (sorry if I've missed it) and it's got lots of fics on there. Even if they are all about the Jonas Brothers.
