The introduction includes the strange statement that knife throwing is "Usually faked when done in live action". In fact, in live action the knife throwing stunt is hardly ever faked. Even a small family circus will do this stunt live. Yes, there have been trick-boards with spring-knives, but those are only for plays in theaters (don't expect your star Tenor to learn knife throwing on the fly), and of course Hollywood tricked some of the stunts (usually those where the knife flies straight).

For some examples of people that really do it live, see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impalement_arts#Knife_throwing http://www.messerwerfen.de/messerwerfer_artisten.html

So, could perhaps the introduction be corrected? The term used by artists for their assistants is "target girl", by the way.

Sorry if this discussion is not the right place for the request, I'm new to TV Tropes.
