I'd like for a female stripper/dancer dressed as a convict to pop out of a cake, much smaller than her, and have a metal file in her hand. Does that exist?

I vaguely recall a sitcom where one of the characters was in prison for something like ninety days, and the others visited him with a cupcake which had a nailfile sticking out the top like a birthday candle. Anyone remember what that was?

Needs a Futurama entry, from when Leela smuggles the smell-o-scope for the Professor and Wernstrom disguised as a cake.
