My Leapfrog post was deleted from the Dev Team Thinks Of Everything page. I daresay your toys in fiction example fits the trope well, please add!

Well I have to say I was disappointed. I thought this was going to be about when toys in fiction saying highly inappropriate things e.g. 'Hey kids, want to see a dead body?' Instead, we have something that people do with toys that really has nothing to do with story telling. You know what else people do? They also try to quickly open the fridge to see if the light was off but we don't have a page on that. A toy being bent to say inappropiate things is way way way off what we do, only touching relevent when it becomes a The Dev Team Thinks of Everything example.
