Is there a reason why the man in Monty Python and the Holy Grail who was "turned into a newt", who I suspect to be the Trope Namer, isn't included in the live-action films category?

This seems to be the prime place for it, but the article seems to focus waaaay to much on character death.

  • In some Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha fanfics, Precia survives falling into the dimensional void after her failed attempt to reach Al Hazard, and returns as an antagonist.
I don't think this is an example, as these fics actually give an explanation - and one that isn't too much of a stretch from canon. Precia believed that if she managed to reach Al Hazard, she'd be able to resurrect Alicia; and her death is a textbook example of Never Found the Body. So what if, after falling in the void, they actually reached Al Hazard?

I know it's got a ton of redirects already, but it's still easier to use as a Wiki Word if simply "Got Better" were one.

Shouldn't the Daleks, as a race, count as well? The've been driven to extintion multiple times, yet they always come back.

If this is unexplained, then the Shepard example DOESN'T COUNT.

Still looking for a avatar. -.-
