It still does because There Is No Such Thing as Notability, and yes even quality isn't a barrier here. That said, the examples should still be rewritten since they have poor grammar and spelling.

Does anyone know where I can find this fan edit of the Animaniacs (2020) episodes 1 and 5?
Some guy has just added 50 of his own low-quality anime "movie recuts," none of which make much sense, to the page. I decided to watch two of them and he's clearly just stitched a bunch of scenes from various sources together with zero cohesion or understanding of the source material. Is this allowed on here?
