Change the name? Exotic Entree as a title is ambiguous. This emphasis on this trope is not the exoticness of the food being eaten but on the evilness/abhorrence of the food being eaten. Foreign Queasine already covers weird food. This trope could benefit by being renamed something lile 'eat the dog' or 'evil cuisine' or 'evil entree'.
