Should we have a page for it's sister trope, the "Reverse Auction"? It has where people are bidding they can do a task (provide a product/service or accomplish a goal), but they bid they need LESS, not more, to do it. Whoever bids the least (everyone else needs more than what the winner can do it in) wins the contract for the task. The classic reverse auction? "Bid A Note" from Name That Tune—they're trying to show how little extra musical info they need to name a mystery tune.
