The description doesn't make it very clear what this trope is. From the examples it seems to include -Any racist from South Africa -Any example taking place in South Africa that depicts the place negatively -A South African who lived both before and after the end of apartheid

It's not even clear if this trope is the individual character (as the trope name implies) or the setting.
