The line you refer to was remnant of the old whining page (the version the previous discussion here was talking about) that has no place here anymore and I removed it.

Could we possibly get a slightly less...caustic edit of this page? I'm not saying it should be pure neutral, but the page pretty loudly shouts It's Popular, Now It Sucks!

I wanted to say pretty much the exact same thing, except instead of "caustic" I was going to go with "whiny."
The description here is well and good, but now I'm thinking that it's become a little too long for this page. Should some of it, including the whole history part, be moved to the Analysis space instead, or is it fine being here?
