For that matter, what about serious cases in real life, such as Roman soldiers slamming their shields down on their enemies' feet?

That scene from They're Torturing Teachers in Room 104 (where Finius doesn't hold a box properly and all of his tools fall out) comes to mind, but we don't seem to have a main page for that book (and I'm not really skilled enough to start one).
