Personally, I think Enemy Mine would be better for them since they spend a good chunk of the book working together, even if they are technically opposed and respect one another. I'm not sure that Eli would really consider Miranda an opponent, more like an amusing stalker or something.
Do Miranda and Eli count as Worthy Opponent? They seem to have a certain amount of regard for the other, but seem like such different people that even if they didn't have the whole law/Inspector Javert thing separting them, they probably still wouldn't get along — Eli thinks Miranda's naive, narrow minded goody two shoes, while Miranda thinks Eli's callous and selfish.
Maybe it should just go under Enemy Mine.
