I think the Movie has a shout out to the book with Mordred thinking Allie might have been the lady of the lake, which is who she corresponds with in the book. Please Discuss.

So who else preferred the movie to the book? The movie had a nice twist, better bantering...

Didn't read the book, but this troper enjoyed watching the movie with her younger sister (also ran a commentary on how certain things really don't make much sense, but still enjoyed it). And after going around the net, and seeing the things on here and elsewhere, the movie sounds more appealing than the book.

Whatever this one is, it's not Ship Mates since that's fandom YMMV stuff and this is in-world.
