Is Bond more of a Fake Defector than an Overt Operative in his infiltration of Sanchez's crime organization? I mean he's a Real Defector in that he is actually out of MI 6, but he uses Sanchez's misplaced trust of him to undermine his organization.

Is the Fatal Flaw section actually accurate? Sanchez does seem to understand that loyalty is a two-way street - it's why, for example, he honors his deal with Killifer instead of just murdering him as soon as he outlives his usefulness (as any number of Bond villains would have done). The reason he kills people isn't because he doesn't understand the concept of loyalty, it's because he actually believes they've betrayed that loyalty. If he has a fatal flaw, I'd say it's more his impulsiveness/hotheadedness - he's too quick to believe the worst in his underlings and never pauses to consider alternative explanations. (Though there's an argument to be made that in his line of work, you simply can't afford to give people the benefit of the doubt on matters like these).
Anyway, it doesn't seem accurate to me, but I don't want to just erase somebody else's work out of the blue, so bringing it up here instead.
