- No Ending: The movie just kinda... stops. It wraps up neatly enough but it's just ends once the problem gets resolved.
The film does end abruptly, but it doesn't lack an ending. It lacks an epilogue, which isn't really what the trope is about.

So, this proves Neil Young right? "It's better to burn out than to fade away." Going from performing in front of the world to performing for forty people certainly sounds like fading away.
What was Mozart saying when we first see him. I know it was something along the lines of "who is that brilliant musician"?
