Either change the namespace inthe address bar on the actual page from Film/ to Funny/ and go to that address or create a link with the Funny/ namespace Funny/BetterWatchOut and click on that link
That will take you a blank page that you can then click edit to create and once you created it, you add a link on the appropriate place on the Film page
