Before we cut this — there are Dragonball series that are not Dragonball Z. We need a place for recommending fics for the original, GT, and Kai.

Well the main page TV Tropes page is Dragon Ball. That should cover original, Z, GT, and Kai. Besides on the fanfic page, there doesn't seem to be a difference between the three, anyway.
Dragonball Z does not have a main page. I don't know how that was missed but it should be obvious that in such a case you don't make a subpage for the redirect. Not only does it go against the already agreed upon groupings and division, no-one can see the buttons.
There's two pages for Fanfic Recommendations for Dragonball. One thats linked to the main Dragonball article. Another thats linked from the Fanfic Recommendations page.
Anyone have suggestions on reconciling the two?

Might as well merge the smaller Dragonball page into the larger Dragonball Z one, and index that on the Fanfic Recs page if it isn't there already.
What's precedent ever done for us?
While you're at it, this would be an excellent opportunity to bring the merged page in line with the new system as detailed in this thread.
I added the shorter Fanfic Recommendations to the cut list. It only has two entries, and both of them are already on the longer page. Once its cut, we can change the link on the Fanfic Recommendations page to link to Dragonball, instead of Dragonball Z.
Comments: Three words: Black Hole Sue. Goku is reduced to a COMPLETE moron, even worse than the Buu saga, kissing Cell's feet, describing him as truly perfect, outright says that it would be wrong to have Cell give up his perfect form and let 17 and 18 out because "He worked hard to achieve it." Yeah, mass murder and forcefully eating two people. 16 is casually killed off and Goku and Gohan are happy about it, despite 16 never doing anything to hurt the Z fighters in the series, and when the Dragon says that he can't revive Cell's victims because their souls are still inside Cell? GOKU SHRUGS THIS OFF AND MIND WIPES THE WHOLE PLANET's MEMORIES OF CELL! And then, Cell gets his own city named after him and goes on to beat Buu with ease. Mr.Cell is a God Mode Black Hole SUE!
This is the comment bullet under Mr.Cell. Shouldn't commentary like this be put into the review section of the fic instead?
