If they have enough content to justify their own pages, those can be added later - for the moment, I'm assuming the Sins of Sinister page will end up covering the whole event.

In terms of spoiler policy -
Most of Sins of Sinister #1 is just snapshots of how Sinister's plan corrupts the world at +1 and +5 years, establishing the +10 status quo for the first phase of the event.
With a couple of exceptions, these aren't presented as twists, just a montage of horrible stuff happening to the world, so I'm not tagging them as spoilers.
