Jaina Proudmoore should not have the Disproportionate Retribution, Jumping Off the Slippery Slope. Those tropes should be moved to YMMV, as Blizzard themselves wrote the context of the whole Dalaran purge as a "fist pump" moment for the Alliance, and a "terrible action" as seen by the Horde. The whole moment, as stated by Dave Kosak, was in fact to STOP GARROSH: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=osB0_0G5N8g (4:15).

More than that, Disproportinate Retribution is applied to when the people are OVERLY mistreated for an action that should not have brought such fate. The Sunreavers helping the Horde steal the Divine Bell, and being sent to prison is NOT a case of disproportinate retribution. They are a military faction of MAGES, that were sent to PRISON (as Lorthermar says himself that he demands that Jaina RELEASE their members), with deaths only happening when the Sunreavers fight back. We even have PROOF that the Sunreavers HELPED them (through the whole questline of the Alliance side), and more importantly, its been implied (and even contextualized by Blizzard themselves) that the Aethas Sunreaver knew of what happened and turned a blind eye.

You can also NOT call a moment of Jumping the Slippery Slope, because as the trope states: "Jumping off the slippery slope is when a morally ambiguous character raises an ethical question by doing morally ambiguous things, but instead of answering those questions, the character closes the debate by going on to do something unquestionably and unforgivably evil." - Jaina wasn't an ambiguos character before, and more importantly, SHE DIDNT commit the action of drowning Orgrimmar, she HAD to commit that action. You COULD call the Purge of Dalaran a case of Jumping off the slippery slope, but in that case it shouldn't be in her page, but in the YMMV, as its very much tied to audience reactions.
