(Suggestion if consensus can't be reached is to just write it up under the general trope Verbal Tic or, something which could and maybe should be done anyway, make a new trope called Shatner Speak, this being the best way to describe it)

Shaun's speech as Accent Upon The Wrong Syllable or Strange-Syntax Speaker: basically, a troper added an AUTWS entry for Shaun because of the rhythm of his speech. I changed it to SSS because inflection/meter/cadence is a syntax issue (knowing linguistics) and Shaun definitely has a strange syntax and manner, and I never noticed any emphasis on the wrong syllable in a word (over-emphasis, yes, but on the right syllables). The troper in question changed the example back, creating an edit war, so it's in discussion seeking consensus.
