Yeah...it's just that whoever did seems pretty certain about it, so I feel like I might have missed something in the rep cutscenes...

The Characters page is a bit of a work in progress. If there are any KDF tropers, please contribute some Klingon characters if you are familiar with them.

I've been adding what I can. Plus the Romulan characters. I also am beta testing the Legacy of Romulus on Tribble (whats availible now completely redefines Sela).
The NCR is like Tim Taylor. We need more POWER!!

Where is anyone getting this idea that the Elachi are the Dewans, besides the basic appearance? It's possible, I guess, and it makes sense, but it's far from confirmed. It hasn't even been suggested anywhere but here.
