There is no way Ryuji is the Lancer. Ryuji is "The Big Guy"

Makoto or Morgana are more fitting of the role. Though, ether of them could be traded off as the brains, I would say Morgana is more fitting of the brains.

Makoto is definitely not the Lancer by any means. Morgana might be a reasonable argument for the role seeing as they are basically the deuteragonist. Though it’s worth note that while Mona usually has there own ambition Ryuji is always on our side, so both have a valid case.
