More so than simply having extra limbs, Multi-Armed and Dangerous refers specifically to multiple arms being representative of their owner being especially dangerous or actively making them like this. If you feel they fit this definition, by all means add the trope.
The Deathsnatcher from the Pathfinder RPG has four arms that each end in clawed hands. That means that they also find the trope Multi-Armed and Dangerous.
