Since they're living together now and got their own mini chapter and various omakes in volume 16, should we make a new page for the bloodsucking quartet, Curie, Leechi, Moskii and Yatsume?

I prefer to not make new character pages unless we get the warning that the page is getting long.
Any ideas for a trope that describes how the P.O.R.K. leader keeps managing to sneak back into Japan after getting deported? Joker Immunity and Cardboard Prison have elements that match, but his case I fear is still too far outside their definitions as it's more about failures in immigration control than it is about death or prison.
