I guess you are right, despite the quantity of examples in the page of characters that the work not implies that they truly has only a name.

About Only One Name for Lilo: Isn't that a little bit of shoehorning given that she does have an official last name? Only One Name is about characters who - for all we know - plainly do not have last names. I'd say that First-Name Basis fits better if anything, though in a meta-kind of way.
