Hey, since we've been introduced to a lot of them in a short amount of time, do you think the Corbettites should be all folded into a folder together, like the circus, instead of trying to do folders for each one like we started? I really feel thus far the order as a whole has more characterization than any of the individuals, barring possibly Brother Ulm (and he could just be given his own section in the folder, like some of the Castle Wulfenbach Students have).
Hide / Show RepliesI'm honestly highly considering redoing the folders altogether to sort them into groups rather than "Protagonists" "Antagonists" and "Assorted" considering the amount of Alternative Character Interpretation and the amount of team changing that has been going on.
- I Got Better: More mentally than physically, as stated here that it is now one whole personality instead of a bunch of fragmented conflicted sub-systems. However, it still needs repairs as shown on its map.

- Not so Fast, Bucko!. It's charged by waterwheel. The ass-kicking is three years away, "give or take a few weeks."

I Got Better has been renamed to Unexplained Recovery. Given the context, I can't say for sure if it fits the new trope definition. Leaving it here for someone who can verify for sure.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerAt this point, I am thinking we should add parts for Theo and possibly Slep- and maybe Lars too?, as even though he's dead now he was pretty important when he was around.
By the way, should we add Higgs to Protagonists or no...? We still don't know who the heck he is, but he sure seems to be a good guy at this rate.
(...You can just call me Vollie, I suppose.) Hide / Show RepliesHiggs is in "Assorted" because he has loyalties both to protagonists (Gil, Zeetha) and to an antagonist (as a Wulfenback airman, he's at least nominally loyal to Klaus). Since at this point we aren't sure which loyalty would win out, nor are we sure whether Klaus is dead (and if so will he stay dead), Higgs is assorted. Wooster's loyalties are to a protagonist (he seems to be a genuine friend to Gil, plus the whole "yes master" thing when Gil went full spark), and to a completely outside (for the moment) source. Since England is not yet involved, his only significant loyalty is to a protagonist, hence his being sorted as one.
Edited by SummerStormDancerWhy are the characters getting put out of order? They are meant to be listed alphabeticly by first name, so why is Axel Higgs near the bottom and Sanaa Wilhelm near the top?!?
In the beginning there was nothing, and it exploded. Terry Pratchett 35 tropes so far. Hide / Show RepliesYou could...you know....edit the article and put them in the proper order....
Should Villain Decay really be applied to Zola? She has not become less dangerous since drinking her Psycho Serum. More crazy sure but not less dangerous.
We're missing Sliepnir O'hara and Theodore Du Medd, they're DEFINITELY significant enough to warrant a place. Would they go in protagonists or assorted?
Hide / Show RepliesWell they are in the picture for "Castle Wulfenback students" so I think they would go wherever that is. In that case however a new picture for the students in general would be needed.
In the beginning there was nothing, and it exploded. Terry Pratchett 35 tropes so far.Rearrangement of character groups?
Seems to me, Elfey, that the current setting is too simplistic. I'd argue we should redo it in minion camps as well. So Moloch, for example, would go under Hetrodyne as would the Boyz, and it seems 90% of the Castle's inhabitants.
Hide / Show RepliesHow to keep it from getting cluttered, though? Not to mention that since this comic takes the musical chairs approach to allegiances, you'd need to rearrange character entries roughly every other strip.
We could at least do something like this: Hetrodyne Strumus/The Other (the two groups are linked) Wulfenback Other
Those lines seem fairly clear.
In the beginning there was nothing, and it exploded. Terry Pratchett 35 tropes so far.Except that even those factions have people switching teams. (For instance, Higgs may be about to defect from Wulfenbach to Sturmvoraus, Gil is playing for Team Agatha, the Jagers are also on two sides, the Other is as tied in with the Heterodynes as the Sturmvorauses, and Zola's version of Team Sturmvoraus and Tarvek's version have nothing to do with each other.)
So that doesn't make things any clearer, no.
Rej Maddog: FYI Von Pinn was in Castle Heterodyne when it blew up. She was not present there when Agatha was born. Agatha wasn't born until after the explosion, the other war had started, and Lucrezia went to shelter among the Geisters. Agatha was not born in Castle Heterodyne.
That was the only piece of the whole article that stood out as wrong. Other than that it is quite good. Thanx
The Assorted page now has a Too-Long warning at the top, stating that it should be split up. How should it get divvy'd up? Would just taking all the Mechanicsburg/Heterodyne-related characters off and putting them into a new page be enough?
