We should divide it into subcategories. I think the subcategories should be the tri commission (Tenryou, Yashiro, and Kanjou), the Grand Narukami Shrine, Watatsumi Army, Arataki Gang, and Others.

Nah, that would be excessive. "Tri-Commission" and "Inazuma Others" is enough.

I saw Shikanoin Heizou was announced this morning (Impact) and I think his page needs to be updated. As of typing this, there are 4 tropes, no picture, and a claim that he's a 4 star (I've yet to see it confirmed.) So far there are 5 characters that have voice lines about him and a mention of him by an NPC (Sora Hoshina.) It's been a long time since I've edited tv tropes so my trope detection skills are a little rusty. If someone could update his page, I would highly appreciate that.

Can someone edit in Kokomi's Elemental Skill and Burst descriptions in her folder page?
Where does it say Yae as a High Mishaguji?? There is this trope that says Baleful Polymorph on her section. The exact description:
“Ayaka suspects that she is a High Mishaguji, a spirit summoned by the high priest that then possesses its summoner. Chapter 2 Act III hints that the spirit possessing her is at the very least, an old friend of the Archon's, given Ei/Beelzebul's happiness in seeing her in person in the finale.”
Where was this even stated? I looked back at Ayaka’s story quest and all I found was that she said Yae was a “fox envoy” and then didn’t elaborate much further than that. Did it miss something? The term fox envoy is still very vague. We know that Yae Miko is blood related to Kitsune Saiguu and thus a part of the Hakushin clan. Also due to their blood ties Saiguu doted on Yae like she was a daughter. This knowledge comes from The novel New Chronicles of the Six Kitsune: Vol 6. Being.

I checked Ayaka's voicelines and there's no mention of Yae being a High Mishaguji either. The only other source I can think of is maybe a stream/trailer, but at this point I am rather skeptical.
Should Takayuki be placed in "Other Residents" like all other NP Cs, since the current rule seems to be that the main region character pages only feature playable units?

It should be fine since it’s technically not wrong. We have NP Cs with folders in the other region pages anyway.
Let’s try not to give headings to groups with only 1 known affiliate member. Sara and Yae should be okay for the time being, but Yoimiya and Sayu are not. Either they are affiliated with the Yashiro Commission by proxy of Ayaka or they should join Kazuha in the others heading. Either or. This can change once at least 1 more person affiliated with Naganohara Fireworks or the Shuumatsuban becomes playable.

I think it's time we separate Inazuma characters into three, just like with Mond and Liyue. For those two, it's "Governing Body, "Semi-Divinity", Others"
So for Inazuma, we could do "Tri-Commission/Shogunate" (with Tenryou, Kanjou and Yashiro Commissions), a page related to Grand Narukami Shrine/fox envoys/whatever Yae is and Others

At a current 42,000 character count, you'd have to do better than that. We don't split pages until well until into the 100,000-150,000 range, where a split is warranted.

Should we try to split Inazuma between the Tri-Commission and Others? There was already a discussion before whether or not this page is getting too crowded.
Or should we wait a bit more until we're at 100k words (atm we're at 504k characters and 84k words btw)?
