Ludwig von Drake is both listed here and under "Others" (Other Locals). Don't want to start an edit war as Ludwig was deleted and restored here already. I think he fits better with "Others" as he is never stated to be related to Donald and Co. in this version of the character and isn't part of the main story until the finale.
