This is an artifact of these pages having been organized like 10 years ago (somewhen between 2011-2012), when Eisuke's status as a relatively recent arc character are in most tropers' minds. (This includes me who executed this.)

Is Eisuke really a "major" character? He hasn't appeared or been mentioned in over 15 years and almost 500 chapters of the main manga, let alone the expanded universe stuff. There are several characters on the "Other Characters" page I'd consider far more "major" than him, such as Jirokichi, Yoko Okino, Momiji, the entire Akai-Sera family, and the Rum suspects (Rum is obvious, but all three of them are more important to the overarching plot than anyone on this page).
