Should White be moved to the Arrancar page, given that Isshin remarked that it was a "prototype Arrancar" following his battle with Grand Fisher?

Good point. It probably should. But that would raise questions about what to do with Grand Fisher, as he became a pseudo-Arrancar, too.

I don't mean the two need to have the same decision, but we may as well sort all of them out at the same time.

Grand Fisher debuted as a regular Hollow before being turned into an Arrancar, though, so IMO he should stay here — though a pic of his Arrancar form should be added.

So did a couple of other characters. I'd say the important factor for Grand Fisher is that he spent most of his screen-time as a Hollow. As soon as he was introduced as an Arrancar, he was killed. Any other characters who appeared in the story as both Hollows and Arrancar have spent most of their screen-time as Arrancar, hence the Arrancar page.

Are you referring to Grimmjow, Baraggan, Ulquiorra, and Harribel (in the anime) being shown as Menos via flashback? Or Wonderweiss briefly being shown as a Hollow before being turned into an Arrancar?

So, if there's no objections I'm gonna move White to the Arrancar page.

Yes, that's fine.

  • Plot Hole: Why Ichigo's mask design changes over the course of his series, and why his Hollow forms look completely different from each other is explained. Rukia briefly ponders the former question and wonders what it could mean, but it's never explored beyond that.

It is explained in the work. Not particularly well, admittedly, but it does have a scattered explanation that it's related to the evolution and development of his power ups.

Even if it wasn't explained in the story, this example would still be a shoehorn of the Plot Hole trope. Plot Hole isn't about there being an established part of the story that isn't explained (or isn't properly explained). It's about something that breaks the story's logic (like someone having knowledge vital to the development of the plot that they could never possibly have).

These power-ups and the mask development occur from the very beginning. It's an established part of Ichigo's story right from the start. The fact it hasn't been (properly) explained is not a Plot Hole, it's just something that's been left unsaid (or poorly said).

My bad. I though Plot Hole included "established [parts] of the story that [aren't] explained", but I was going off the laconic of "Logic gap in the story." What was the explanation, though? The only point I recall the changes being acknowledged was Rukia wondering to herself why Ichigo's mask has been changing.

It's been implied to be the development of his powers as Old Man Zangetsu was forced to release more of the Hollow's power over time... it changed every time something significant happened with his Hollow power. It's more an implication than properly explained. If there was a trope for 'Badly Explained', Bleach would probably be at the top of the list on certain issues.
