There's a canon game that was online taking place between Books 2 and 3 where Aang goes to the spirit world to make sure that the Avatar line wasn't broken when Azula killed him. Koh both helps him find his former selves and acts as an impediment in his search.
- At the end of the season 3 episode "Sokka's Master", Piandao gives Aang a lotus paisho tile, which could have later been combined with Zuko's recollection of Iroh contacting the White Lotus to get in contact with them more easily as the series approached its end. Doesn't Ty Lee's attitude towards Azula fall into Les Yay or Hide Your Lesbians rather than Ambiguously Gay? Ambiguously Gay refers to stereotypically homosexual characters, and Ty Lee is anything but a Tomboy.

Considering Ty Lee also flirted with Sokka and no canon info has been given about her sexuality, it could be she is bisexual, so les yay may not apply.
