A what the hell moment is defined when the hero is called out for an unheroic or henious act. What Kara did does not fit in either category . It was a comforting hug nothing more. It it was more then Wynn would have a leg to stand on. His reaction was more about him then Kara. A perceived slight does not justify a WTHH speech espeically when the hero did nothing wrong.

Chewed out for thier unheroic actions. Hugging someone is not an unheroic action. Hugging someone is not an heinous action. Wynn reaction to the hug seems more to stem more from his feelings then her act. So it doesnt count as a WTHH moment. Usually the hero gets one for doing something actual wrong , not want the person with hurt feelings justifies to themselves as wrong.
