Was this just created to be [[TheSameButMore The Same]] as AdaptationDistillation, [[TropesAreNotGood But Not Good]]? I get the proposed distinction - cutting stuff out versus shrinking it down - but I doubt that any adaptation can be entirely classified as one or the other (I mean, they\\\'re the only two options available for cutting down a script), and they both have obvious value judgements.
