I can flesh out the Mortimer case, given that the then-given description is rather weak:

* Mortimer, maître d\' for the Ultra Luxe and member of the White Glove Society. His tribe used to practice cannibalism prior to becoming the White Gloves, and he still is a cannibal even after the practice got banned. He tries to get his people back into their old ways by tricking them into eating human flesh, although he knows full well he could risk death, and that it is in violation of Mr. House\'s rules. He organizes kidnappings of certain guests, and when an inspector was looking into one of the disappearances, Mortimer gave him a room and had him murdered there. When the Courier came to investigate the whereabouts of said inspector, Mortimer eventually sends a couple of thugs to kill him/her. He can also hire an assassin to off whichever member of his family gets suspicious of the disappearances. [[spoiler:When confronted and tricked by the Courier for the dinner, he\'ll run off, intending to continue his spree.]]
