The Redguards? Well I can\'t say for sure that they were moors (if anything their culture seems more Arabic/Persian to me). But they were from a lost continent, Yokuda. And it was destroyed (in fact the Redguards hold themselves responsible). And since all other humans came from Atmora in the north and not Yokuda in the west, they might be different from the other races of men (even though they are still considered man).
