Because the only thing you\\\'ve mentioned about Okami is how its main gameplay feature (the brush techniques and the like) \\\"aren\\\'t anywhere close to being in the game\\\". So what is it about TP that\\\'s so clearly and obviously copying?
Also, I find it a little odd that you\\\'re accusing Nintendo of copying in the same breath that you\\\'re saying Okami has explicit homages to Zelda.
Saying it\\\'s \\\"naive and impossible to deny\\\" is pushing things a bit, I think. The games were in production at the same time, and I doubt there was enough time to do any serious reworkings between when Okami was released and when TP was.
