Same here, @/UncloudedTJ. After seeing your comment, I checked the history and saw that, sure enough, Camacan came back to insist it was \\\"cruft\\\" before deleting it again. This time, though, he didn\\\'t try to claim that it was a \\\"meme outbreak\\\" or that \\\"memes are not tropes.\\\"

I\\\'ve reverted his deletion with a notice that he check the discussion page next time. Maybe we\\\'ll get an answer out of him.

In the meantime, I\\\'ve been looking through the {{Administrivia}} and so far I have seen \\\'\\\'nothing\\\'\\\' to suggest that meta examples of TV Tropes at work are invalid. Especially in a case like this--it\\\'s not \\\'\\\'just\\\'\\\' an example noting who was the former TropeNamer, it\\\'s pointing out that TV Tropes invoked the TropeNamer\\\'s very trope on the TropeNamer.
