I\\\'ve previously never heard about the bit about Skavor, but it looks like it came from the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay book \\\'\\\'Children of the Horned Rat\\\'\\\', where there\\\'s a paragraph on page 11 talking about how Skavor turned himself into a \\\"hideous rat beast\\\" after getting exiled. The second point about Kazvar in the entry came from a short story titled \\\"The Doom of Kazvar\\\" in the 7th Edition Skaven army book on the actual tabletop game.
