True, but Garble spends the majority of his screen time simply being a jerk and a bully -- he's never really presented as a genuine threat outside of that one scene.

If goals don't equal accomplishments -- if, essentially, whether a villain goes here or on the major villains page hinges on what and how much they actually did rather than what they planned, wouldn't Nightmare Moon and Ahuizotl not really count as major villains? Objectively, they both planned a lot but did little; Nightmare Moon fought a few minutes long duel with Celestia, crumbled a cliffside and angered a manticore; Ahuizotl personally attacked Daring Do on a number of occasions, but didn't practically achieve anything beyond that. The Mean Six are presented as villains on a comparable scale to Chrysalis in their episode, which I feel classifies them as more than simply jerks and bullies.

EDIT: Just to be clear, I\'m not trying to argue that Nightmare Moon or Ahuizotl should go on this page. I\'m just trying to explain why this doesn\'t seem like the best way of determining who goes where to me.
