See, the point is that someone who is unfamiliar with comic books isn't really relevant as those involved with the production absolutely had to. That a casual viewer doesn't see the connection is irrelevant. The question is

Like, I agree it\'s a very quiet ShoutOut and relatively subtle. But it\'s also something that I cannot possibly envision as happening by accident.

In the same way that an accidental CounterpartComparison isn\'t an {{expy}} even if literally every viewer made the connection as long as the creator didn\'t intend it, a ShoutOut that few people get but is intentional is still a ShoutOut, and this being accidental lies outside the realm of believability to me.
