Since every aspect of Television Is Trying to Kill Us appears to be locked down like Fort Knox, could someone in charge consider adding this one to the list? A common fictional device that has led to some high-profile deaths in reality seems to fit in there perfectly.

I am noticed that there is a big inconsistency between the trope description and the examples that are being given. The trope is supposed to be about blanks being depicted inaccurately but almost all of the examples are about blanks that ARE depicted accurately, though a few do mention people in-universe making the mistake. Why are there almost no examples about wrong depictions of blanks if that is what the trope is about? It says that this is a common mistake that writers make but the examples are not supporting that.
